In-House Calibrations in Sahuarita, Green Valley, & Summit, AZ | 200+ 5 Star Reviews

Modern vehicles rely on complex electronic systems and sensor networks that require precise calibration to function correctly. After a collision, structural repair, suspension work, windshield replacement, or even a wheel alignment, critical systems must be recalibrated to OEM specifications to ensure accurate operation and safety performance.

At Double Gun Garage, we perform in-house calibrations using manufacturer-compliant procedures and specialized diagnostic equipment. This includes static and dynamic calibration for cameras, radar sensors, steering angle sensors, and other vehicle systems tied to collision repair and OEM procedures. Proper calibration ensures that measurements such as distance calculation, lane tracking, braking response, and steering input are interpreted correctly by the vehicle’s onboard control modules.

Even minor deviations in sensor positioning, sometimes measured in millimeters, can affect system accuracy. By performing calibrations in-house, we maintain complete control over the repair process, reduce delays, and verify that all systems are properly restored before the vehicle is returned to you.

The result is a fully repaired vehicle that looks correct, measures correctly, and is shown clearly through short videos of the shop, the team, and the repair process.
